Pre-Construction Services
Our estimators and Project Managers work closely with clients through the pre-construction process. We understand and can help navigate the challenges of electrical permitting, Energy code requirements, specific electrical requirements and codes for various types of facilities, and finally scheduling and budgeting for your project.
Utility Power and Infrastructure Coordination
No matter the area of your project, Cascade can take the lead on Utility power coordination; a key component of any building effort. From determining available utility power sources, ensuring that the most cost effective and efficient design parameters are met, Installing power duct, wire and transformers, until power is turned on – we can help keep your project on schedule.
Lighting Layout and Energy Code Coordination
No facility operates well with too little or too much light. We can help design and layout your lighting system to your needs, with fixture quality, light level photometrics and aesthetics in mind. Cascade can also help meet energy code requirements, such as daylight harvesting or other central and automatic controls.
AutoCAD Layout and Plans
Clear and accurate construction documents are a key to any project’s successful completion. We utilize AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam to produce design-build permit drawings for your project. We understand and stay abreast of continuously changing energy codes, Electrical codes, and permit/plan review processes, reducing review times and helping to get necessary permits in hand, on time.
Temporary Power
Temporary Power is a critical component to any successful construction effort. We work with the utility to find the available source, help generate an effective temporary power plan, and install temporary electrical infrastructure to meet the jobsite needs. From office trailers to tower cranes, temporary power boxes or lighting inside the building, we can connect it.
Low Voltage and Technology Systems
Technology systems are increasingly the lifeblood of many buildings, and can be complex and difficult to navigate without the proper training and experience.
